Description:


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and promote company products or services.

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and onbrand marketing collateral.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and a userfriendly experience.
  • Monitor and report on website analytics, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms. Collate info with advertising agency, and present.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Maintain an organized database of marketing materials, including images, videos, and customer testimonials.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to suggest innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines, in integrated environment with input and collaboration cross departmental.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Organize and streamline service offerings into userfriendly concepts.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Simplify complex data into a userfriendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
  • Finance admin capturing of costs and budget management

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Tertiary Qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field essential
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with web analytics and SEO concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) would be advantageous
