Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in Housekeeping at a Supervisory Level
  • Basic OPERA knowledge
  • Have managed a group of at least 25 housekeepers
  • Matric

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with managing a team of 25 Housekeepers
  • Room Checks
  • Maintain Hygiene and a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Room Allocations
  • Manage stock
  • Maintenance of public areas
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise with maintenance department on all maintenance issues
  • Liaise with the Front Office department
  • Rosters
  • Administrative duties
