This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and clients and contribute to the success of our marketing and communication efforts.


As a Marketing and Communications Consultant, you'll be at the heart of crafting and executing marketing and communication materials for our company and for our clients.

You'll be hands-on, diving into projects, understanding what we want to achieve, and finding ways to make it happen.

Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be key as you support our client work and our own marketing activities, helping us grow and succeed with fresh ideas and effective strategies across a number of channels.


Responsibilities:

Content & Messaging Development:

  • Create compelling content, including copywriting, storytelling, and visual assets, to communicate key messages and value propositions to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and CMO to produce highquality content and collateral that resonate with target audiences.
  • Follow brand messaging guidelines, tone of voice, and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing and communication channels.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimise tactics for continuous improvement.

Planning and Execution:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends to inform marketing planning.
  • Develop integrated marketing and communication materials that encompass a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with our objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture solid connections with clients, getting to the core of their business goals, to understand their desired outcomes and key messages.
  • Support clients with their internal change communications, offering handson assistance with their communication requirements.
  • Work alongside the CMO to create and activate tailored change communication plans that address clients' unique requirements and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and brand development.
  • Experience of technology, business change or digital transformation environments.
  • Proficiency in mainstream social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
