  • Maintain future cashflow budgets taking into payment date parameters
  • Ensure suppliers costs are market related build relationships with potential new suppliers
  • Control/schedule/implement regular preventative maintenance program in line with budget
  • Maintain office clerical, filing and record keeping systems
  • Assist in the production of monthly and annual reports
  • Assist in preparation of transaction related documents
  • Aid in the production of reports (e.g., business plans, financial statements)
  • Contractor coordination. Manage deliveries of equipment & supplies
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are adhered to
  • Alongside the GM appoint & manage cleaning & security staff
  • Manage and generate rosters, work schedules and leave administration
  • Implement training, welfare, appraisals, and other related programs
  • Assessment of all new applicants / guarantors
  • Complete a lease agreement with each successful student / bursar / parent
  • Monthly / annual invoicing, statements, collections
- maintain the House Rules

  • Inspection / enforcement of tenant responsibilities during and on termination of lease
  • Build good relationships with students & parents
  • Be able to take calls 24/7 for students & parents irregular working hours
  • Attends to and manage all emergencies ensure ongoing safety of the students
  • Handle student complaints
  • Manage visitor permissions & safety and arrange shuttle bus schedule
  • Investigate / initiate proposals for refurbishments
  • Maintain/manage properties with suppliers, ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Complete regular Health & Safety inspections
  • Ensures that fire safety requirements are in place and effectively maintained.
  • Provide monthly property condition report

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric, degree in commerce, accounting, finance or similar beneficial
  • Driver's License


Computer literate
  • Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Must have Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a fair & diplomatic manner
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills and a team worker
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with a problemsolving attitude
  • Service oriented and client centric
