The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
  • Must reside in the Pretoria region and have own transport
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Certificate/bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing financial correspondence
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support crossfunctional projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor daily banking transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing
