We are hiring a VERY experienced administrator that can showcase a keen attention to detail, speed and accuracy in work, the ability to perform under extreme pressure and the willingness to work unusual hours.


The position has the potential to evolve into a Head of Operations as the company is rapidly expanding its operations.

The role is varied as our organization have exposure in many businesses.

Duties include:_

Our Financial Services Division

  • Oversee & implement Trading & Settlements processes
  • Ensure share certificate issuance in compliance with UK Company Law
  • Provide trade updates to brokers
  • Liaise with external product providers
  • Data & CRM Management
  • Tend to basic IT & networking needs

Our Broader Group

  • Payroll management
  • Labour Relations
  • Dealing with suppliers, e.g. telecoms, VOIP, landlord, etc.
  • Office supply management
  • Managing one other staff member
We are looking to hire only someone with the following experience and expertise:

  • At least 7 years' experience in Senior Administration roles
  • CRM experience required (preferably hubspot)
  • Intermediary Level Excel (at least) a must
  • Degree qualification in Finance, Law or Administration
