Position Overview:

support the sales division with the
onboarding of new sales consultants by ensuring that
adequate and relevant training is
provided hereby equipping sales consultants with the
necessary technical and functional knowledge to fulfil their function within the financial institution.


Key Performance Areas
include:

Induct new sales consultants and
develop a learning roadmap as part of their onboarding.

Preparing and
conducting technical training programs _on systems, processes, and services_.

Support line managers with
re-upskilling/ refresher training of
existing sales consultants (_and/ or Branch admin support staff_).

Prepare and
present training on topics sales are struggling with.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree or
courses and/ or certifications in communication, education, Train the trainer or facilitation skills or relevant field.

3-5 Years' experience as a
Senior or Executive sales consultant within the
