Labour Relations Consultant 12 Months contract
- The Employee Relations Consultancy should have the following proficiencies:
- To chair the disciplinary cases within the organization
- Anticipates and advises Corporate and operational leadership on the impact that strategic or operational decisions will have upon employee and Labour relations and makes recommendations that avoid and / or minimize Labour disputes.
- Reviews Employee Relations related policies / procedures from time to time in accordance with relevant Acts.
- Ensures regular communication with unions and management to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Ensures compliance with relevant Labour legislation.
- Provides advice to managers on how to deal with employees, especially in difficult situations.
- SABPP registration as Human Resource professional or Charted Human Resource professional.
Requirements:
- Degree in Labour Relations or equivalent
- SABPP registration as Human Resource professional or Charted Human Resource professional.
