- Processing of Customer Orders
- Handling of Customer queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborating with Sales Reps, Sales Agents, and Customers daily
- Collaborating with various departments within IML to achieve goals
- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
- Always maintain a courteous and calm manner to deescalate stressful situations
- Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts
- Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
- Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
- Good empathy and listening skills to deescalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem
- Prior 3 years' experience working in call centers or as a customer service agent is an advantage.
