  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborating with Sales Reps, Sales Agents, and Customers daily
  • Collaborating with various departments within IML to achieve goals
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Always maintain a courteous and calm manner to deescalate stressful situations
  • Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts
  • Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
  • Good empathy and listening skills to deescalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem
Experience

  • Prior 3 years' experience working in call centers or as a customer service agent is an advantage.
