  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
    Inherent Requirements
  • HR certificate or Diploma
  • 2 years experience
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Clear criminal record
  • Employment equity knowledge (must be able to compile reports and sit in advisory role on committee)
  • Skills development knowledge
  • Computer literate
  • POPI and POPIA knowledge will be an advantage but not required
  • Knowledge of personnel file administration
