We are looking for an HR Administrator to assist one of our clients.

**Requirements**:

- HR Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in HR/Recruitment
- Computer literate (Excel knowledge advantageous)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate recruitment procedure (main function)
- Ordering staff uniforms
- Participate and organise HR fun initiatives
- Ordering department stationery
- Compiling HR stats and ad hoc reporting
- Full admin role supporting and reporting to HR Generalist

**Personal Traits**:

- Hardworking
- Ability operate quickly and efficiently under high pressure
- Strong ethics and values and empathetic to others
- Must have a passion for Recruitment and Talent acquisition
