- Minimum 5 years short term insurance experience
- Minimum 3 years Claims experience
- Minimum 2 years Call Miner experience Essential Requirements and Exprience
- Claims experience
- Knowledge of different skillsets & subdepartments
- Great understanding of claims processes & procedures
- CallMiner experience
- Excellent knowledge in Excel
- Pivot tables, Formula functions & Formatting
- Selfdisciplined
- Selfmotivated
- Organized
- Analytical
- Problem solving skills and solution oriented
- Ability to multitask and cope with pressure
- Attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- More than one language (English and Afrikaans a must, Vernacular an advantage)
- Time Management
