  • Minimum 3 years Claims experience
  • Minimum 2 years Call Miner experience Essential Requirements and Exprience
  • Claims experience
  • Knowledge of different skillsets & subdepartments
  • Great understanding of claims processes & procedures
  • CallMiner experience
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel
  • Pivot tables, Formula functions & Formatting
  • Selfdisciplined

  • Problem solving skills and solution oriented
  • Ability to multitask and cope with pressure

  • Excellent administrative skills
