Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support and service outside of standard business hours, ensuring smooth operations in the evening and over weekends.
  • Navigate and manage multiple online systems, processing requirements swiftly to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize your excellent PC skills to keep our digital world running smoothly.
  • Employ your superb communication skills to interact with customers and team members, solving problems and driving sales with a positive, cando attitude.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible approach to shift patterns.
  • Proven experience in a role requiring excellent PC and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highpaced environment, with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience in sales or a customeroriented role is highly advantageous.
