  • Coordinate export shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable export regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Update and maintain shipment records and files.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to the shipment of their goods.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of international shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric is nonnegotiable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in export shipping and logistics.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
