- Export: quoting freight rates / follow up with rate offers completed / completing bookings in booking systeM/Follow bookings until cargo is stacked
- Phoning clients on a regular basis for bookings
- Completing bookings for all external offices
- Capturing rates in Head Office offer system
- Checking client stats per sailing or per month or per period
- Checking client stats per sailing
Requirements:
- Experience in client service / marketing / exports knowledge from a ships agency sector
- Quoting freight rates experience / make bookings with pol / following up bookings with the load ports
- Microsoft Word / Excel
- Shipping package Linersuite advantage
