If you are a results-oriented leader with a proven history of driving sales excellence in the dynamic landscape of multicloud solutions, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Cloud Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive growth initiatives in South Africa.

About the Position:

As the Senior Cloud Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in boosting revenue growth and market penetration for our multicloud practice. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, guiding a team of experienced sales professionals, and nurturing strong client relationships to meet and surpass our sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with our business objectives, utilizing your deep understanding of the multicloud market landscape.
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales specialists, offering guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously enhance sales processes to drive efficiency and scalability across the sales organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Foster collaboration with internal teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • Proven success in selling multicloud solutions, with expertise in AWS and Azure hyperscaler environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills in building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and technologies to manage complex sales cycles.
