We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified HR Administrator to perform effective administration within the HR department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To maintain all documents in the HR department.
  • To facilitate the resolution of HR queries as they may arise.
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • To assist with the facilitation of new employee process.
  • Perform all administrative work related to the HR function.

Minimum Requirements
Completed HR Diploma/Degree qualification

Valid driver's license and own vehicle

2 years experience in a HR Administrator role

Must be computer literate

Laboratory information systems (Beneficial)

HR Administrator knowledge

Technologically literate

Required skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication skills (Verbal, written. Computer Literacy)
  • Must be innovative and have decision making skills
