Talented Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Admin Assistant to join our team. As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. Your duties will include filing employee-related documents, preparing payroll and timekeeping functions, editing documents and presentations, and updating employee information into company databases. You will also be responsible for preparing disciplinary documents for hearings and warnings, explaining company policies and procedures to employees, and posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and reconciling employee leave schedules and maintaining general industrial relations knowledge. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in general HR administration, fully proficient in computer use, with strong skills in Excel, excellent administrative and time management abilities, capable of multitasking effectively, ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure. Must have own vehicle and a friendly and helpful demeanor.
