Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing employee payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Import and complete the weekly wage run, manage all administrative tasks related to payroll, and ensure accurate recording of employee deductions.
  • Employee Data Management: Load and update employee information on SAGE, input and update annual wage budgets, and maintain and update all permanent and contract employee personal files.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile all relevant weekly reports for Production Meeting, weekly payroll journals, and monthly HR Report on turnover and absenteeism.
  • Compliance and Administration: Administer UIF documentation, coordinate staff taxi assistance, and check and submit timesheets to 3rd party timeously.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc payroll-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric Certificate, preferably with Mathematics and/or Accounting, and a Certificate / diploma in basic accounting / payroll / HR.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with Sage People knowledge and Kronos time & attendance knowledge being advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills, attention to detail, excellent numeric skills, and proven track record in Payroll.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate on all levels across the department.
