About the Role

Talent 101 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR management team in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and electronic employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefit Administration: Act as a liaison with benefit vendors and administrators, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits to employees.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate identification, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of the HR management team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management procedures, including scheduling meetings and maintaining agendas.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and seminars, ensuring employees receive necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct orientations and update records for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce and submit reports on general HR activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll and address any payroll discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Termination and Exit: Handle termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews, ensuring a professional and respectful process.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to improve HR processes and procedures.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Demonstrate reliability and flexibility, with reliable transport to and from the office required.
