About the Role:

We are currently finalizing a very interesting and important project on better steering of our core L&H services. We now need to implement the Governance Structure and move successfully into business and usual. We are working on several new and innovative initiatives for our Medical Reimbursement Value Proposition. We need your expertise to help us with those objectives

This new role combines Core L&H business transformation and Medical Reimbursement digital transformation.

It contributes to the success of the L&H business through steering the strategy and implementation for our L&H client services, and evolving the value proposition for Medical Reimbursement business.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment of, and take ongoing responsibility for management of a new Governance framework for L&H Client Service provision
  • Track progress of initiatives against targets, highlighting deviations and initiating discussions to get back on track
  • Facilitate regular steering meetings to discuss service consumption, pipeline of new services, planning and budget aspects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues outside of the team in support of the strategy for our Core L&H Services.
  • Manage and coordinate the overall delivery of Medical Reimbursement initiatives, including Med Re implementations, monitoring and reporting on progress & deliverables.
  • Lead or support adhoc assignments, projects and initiatives as needed
  • Ensure delivery on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Effectively communicate with partners across multiple levels of the organization, including senior management.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in Re/insurance, L&H considered a plus.
  • Experience of setting up and managing crossfunctional projects, with competencies in key project management processes and methodologies
  • Good analytical & conceptual skills with ability to break down complexity into practical implementation steps.
  • Experience in digital transformation considered a plus
  • Ability to think strategically combined with handson attitude to get things done and deliver on promises.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with individuals globally across different functional areas.
  • Able to adapt, learn, adjust and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Global thinker who strives to be a bridgebuilder, combining the best of global and local perspectives.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and diverse environment and is able to navigate ambiguity
  • Highly proficient in English (other languages considered a plus), and can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
