- Maintain the project support office and administrative system to assist the project community with the administrative load of the program as well as provide support on projects and related tools.
- Responsible for the safe keeping, managing, and updating of project information according to the governance framework and other defined project management standards.
- Consolidate progress information for management reporting, assist in maintaining project financial information and creating graphical presentations, aligned to stakeholder requirements, based on given information, for presentation at relevant forums.
- Assist with compiling the risk/issue matrix to enable monitoring and timely escalation as required.
- Ensure that change control procedures are adhered to and maintained in terms of templates and processes and inform the project community of all changes.
- Grow the profession of project administration within the organisation by mentoring, training, and developing other project administrators.
- Project manage Business as Usual (BAU) Initiatives when required.
- Maintain project calendar up to date.
