About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Warranty Administrator to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering warranty programs for our automotive clients.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and administer warranty programs for automotive clients
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and regulations
* Analyze and resolve warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive OEM Warranty Administration and Coordination
* Degree or Diploma in Finance or similar
* Strong working knowledge of Automotive OEM Warranty Procedures and Administration
* Experience with IAL and Evolve will be advantageous
* Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive OEM International and Multi-Cultural environment
* Stable track record and contactable references
