Summary
We are looking for an individual with 2years experience as Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, strong communication and a valid driver's license for our East London Branch
Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve
- Tertiary Qualification advantageous
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Main duties include managing office front desk,
- Act as the key point of contact for the office, attend to visitors, clients and employees directing them appropriately;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system, providing administrative support and coordinating enquiries into the office.
- Ensure work environment is operational by reporting issues with phones, network, IT, AC as soon as possible and following up to ensure speedy resolution.
- Collect filling from all technical staff every Monday (inform staff of this to ensure that filling is ready for collection). All filling of the week to be done by Friday
- Assist in drafting of branch reports
- Assist the Marketing Department with tender administration and attend site briefing.
- Compile Monthly tender register for all office.
- Send the monthly register to CSC on the last day of the month
- Experience in minute taking and secretarial function to Branch Management.
- Experience in fleet management
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
