Job Brief:
Role & Responsibilities:

Compile Data:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO of the company such as research, statistical reports and design of presentations.
- Compile data to assist in making informed decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
Meeting Coordination:
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
- Maintain and manage the leader's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and reschedule, ensuring the executive's time is used efficiently.
Building Relationships:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to the organization's success.

Project Management:
- Assist in managing and coordinating special projects, initiatives, or events, working closely with other team members and departments.
Time-Management:
- Prioritize own time and CEO's time, allowing management to focus on highpriority tasks by handling routine matters and managing interruptions.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
Knowledge:
- Develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and objectives.
Tech Proficiency:
- Uptodate with relevant software and tools used in the organisation, such as productivity apps, project management systems, and communication platforms.
Ad-hoc Ready:
- Be prepared to handle daily unforeseen tasks and challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an PA / Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting toplevel management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Pastel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Time management and meeting deadlines, and efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working closely with seniorlevel officials, internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Expertise in managing executive / CEO' s calendar.
- Collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a large variety of personalities.
- Fluent in Afrikaans, English
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Conflict resolution
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
- Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
- Some degree of IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data
