  • Minimum Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer service orientation.
  • High degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure longterm success.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts of products and services with the client.
  • Report on the sales pipeline status.
  • Analysis client data, prepare professional presentations, reports and present.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT MSP sector.
  • Securing of appointments in order to demonstrate and sell the benefits of the product.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and networking.
  • Understand client needs and tailor MSP solutions to meet their unique IT requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and customized proposals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
