Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Team Management:
- Overseeing the recruitment of Inside Sales team members and managing personal development plans in collaboration with the Customer Success Supervisor.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Implementing data tools and reporting to evaluate sales performance and identify improvement areas across Business Development and Inside Sales teams.
- Generating reports and KPI dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with the Inside Sales Team to understand challenges and implement strategies for improvement.
Process Optimisation:
- Evaluating and enhancing existing internal sales processes using tools like Visio for documentation and training purposes.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks to streamline workflows.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to standardise processes and ensure consistency.
Automation Requirements:
- Assessing, implementing, and optimising sales technologies to support internal processes.
- Managing CRM tools for maximising opportunities and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with IT for seamless integration of sales tools and platforms.
- Providing training and support to sales teams on effective technology use.
Sales Targets and Planning:
- The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Consumer and SoHo sales through process efficiency and automation.
- Developing and implementing Marketing initiatives for retention and new business generation.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to create actionable plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Establishing strong communication channels between sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant departments.
- Managing meeting agendas to update teams on process improvements, best practices, and changes.
- Acting as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment.
- A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
