Purpose of the job:

A position is open at our Johannesburg area for - 5 days per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Comply with SHEC standards in your work environment
  • Comply with requirements of the Operations Quality Management System
  • Handle cash and banking
  • Support Line Managers to achieve change requirements
  • Check that the Doctor completes the patient file correctly
  • Welcome new patients and take their details
  • Make second and follow up appointments with the patient
  • Maintain correct preparation of Patient files
  • Conduct stock takes
  • Train patients in injection techniques.
  • File blood results in patient files.
  • Sending of all documents to Head Office i.e. Day End Report and Ensure that Data Mover is running and contact IT to confirm

Minimum qualifications and experience required:

Matric and Certificate in Business Management/ Marketing Management will be an added advantage.

Good Sales and customer service skills.

At least - 3 years experience in a related role

Drivers' license is a must
