Summarised Job Description:
The Communications and Office Administrator will be responsible to manage communications and assist with event planning, manage social media platforms, and provide administrative support.
Reports to:
- Estate Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal events.
- Manage social media platforms, create content, schedule posts, and monitor interaction.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communication.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and meeting coordination.
- Act as the first line of approach for operations and filter member needs.
- Assist with typing of minutes, financial transactions, and answering phones.
- Foster relationships with all stakeholders.

Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning, social media management, or communications in a stressful environment.
- Working within a property/estate management environment will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Aged between 35 and 55 years.
- Must live within Krugersdorp and Roodepoort area.
- Must be firm, willing to work in a dynamic team, and able to work after hours and weekends when required.
- Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
Pay:
R20 000,00 per month
