An exciting opportunity exists for a
Technical Co-Ordinator. This role will be based in Meadowdale at the Technical Centre. It is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

Line Manager:
Supply Chain Administration Manager

Key Performance Areas:

- **Planning and Coordination of Installations and Uplifts**:
  • Compile and Manage Daily Planning report
  • Attend Daily planning meeting and ensure all Installations and uplifts are discussed and planned.
  • Ensure correct paperwork is attached to Workflows for installations (e.g. Site inspections)
  • Update Daily Load report and issue to relevant staff at Technical (workshop and warehouse)
  • Update planning report and mail out to all relevant Parties(Daily)
  • Check load once complete to ensure all Service orders have been logged on SAP.
  • Compile and mail the "Out of Stock" equipment report to relevant parties.
  • Compile and mail the "Repaired and to be Repaired" report to relevant parties.

Liaison between Sales and Technical:

  • To advise Sales Coordinators daily on stock, installations calls and relevant information regarding installations.
  • To update installations sheet from Sales twice a week after planning meeting.
  • Liaise with Sales regarding any delays, cancellations or incorrect Workflows.

Customer Quotes

  • Create a Quote on SAP as per details received from Workshop
  • Inform Customer to collect once equipment has been repaired
  • Mail a weekly report of all customer units in for repair
  • Manage and balance the customer repair report to physical equipment in cage.
  • Safety, Health and Environment
  • To ensure all training is completed and relevant
  • To ensure all files and notice boards are updated with relevant documentation as per requirements
  • To ensure all Inspections are completed and signed off by Chairman
  • To book and minute committee meetings. To be signed off by Chairman
  • To oversee any building requirements for the site and Liaise with Landlord for any repairs or additional requirements.
  • To ensure that all injuries and other incidents are reported and investigated.
  • To ensure that all deviations from the standards are rectified.
  • To notify the safety department and Health and Safety Representative of all incidents in the work place.

Administration

  • Order weekly supplies for Technical (canteen and workshop testing)
  • Process Managers monthly expense claims on SAP.
  • Closing of Workshop Service Orders
  • Receptionist duties included
  • Planning and Coordination of Installations and Uplifts, supporting the Regions
  • Compile and Manage Daily Planning report
  • Attend Daily planning meeting and ensure all equipment requirements are discussed and planned.
  • Update Daily Load report and issue to relevant staff at Technical (workshop and warehouse)
  • Update planning report and mail out to all relevant Parties(Daily)
  • Liaise with Regions regarding any delays, cancellations or incorrect Workflows

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 / Matric is essential
  • 2 years in an Administrative role
  • Advanced Excel ability
  • Experience on SAP
  • Experience with site Safety, Health and Environment
