Hospitality Property Host – Woodstock - R R12500 Depending on ExperienceAs a Property Host, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests

Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries from Airbnb, , phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. Respond promptly and take necessary actions.
Coordinate with cleaning crews and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well prepared for check-ins.
Oversee the check-in process; ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and all necessary information. Handle any on-site issues if required.

Verify and send necessary security copies of guests' IDs to building security for access (one day in advance).Review and respond to low-rating reviews on booking platforms.

Compile a weekly stock take list of items needed and submit it for procurement.
Participate in daily staff meetings to discuss operations, challenges, and plans.
Prioritize guest inquiries and ensure timely responses to maintain guest satisfaction.
Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
Maintain regular communication with staff members to address any issues effectively and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools (phone, WhatsApp, etc.).Reliable and proactive with a strong commitment to customer service.
