Role Overview:


As a Portfolio Manager at ManageAir, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to redefine the luxury short-term rental industry.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, all aimed at ensuring the seamless operation of our exclusive properties.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Duties:

Guest and Owner Relations:
Exceed expectations with both discerning guests and property owners, providing unparalleled customer service.

Operational Efficiency:
Coordinate various tasks, including scheduling maintenance, luxury shopping, overseeing renovations, and managing expenses.

Property Maintenance:
Conduct thorough maintenance checks, schedule upholstery cleaning, and liaise with contractors as required.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage tasks such as receipt management, meticulous filing (both electronic and hard copies), monthly statement evaluation, and handling Xero bills and invoices.


Onboarding:
Take full ownership of the onboarding process from inception to completion.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, building personnel, and external stakeholders.

Reporting:
Regularly provide comprehensive reports on property inspections, cancellations, and review analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Admin: 3 to 4 years
Hospitality Industry: 2 to 3 years
Guest Assistance: 2 to 3 years
Property Host: 1 to 2 years
