Our client in the travel sector is looking for a back office agent to assist clients with travel-related queries.

Experience:

Financials and invoicing Knowledge

Ability to work on Multi-channels

Ability to learn new hospitality and financial systems.

Multitasking - working with variant channels: zendesk, slack, hospitality systems.

Update customer booking between reservation system and financial system


Communicate to Ticketing agents or Level 2 any tickets out of your scope or that you need more information to proceed the customer case.

Travel experience is a plus

The ability to work variable shifts

Requirements:

One Year Experience in booking online travel and general geographic knowledge (preferred)

Two years of customer service experience (required)

Tourism knowledge - hotel, flights, transfers.

Multitasking - working with variant channels: zendesk, chat/whatsapp, phone, slack,, hospitality systems.

Good at work under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Century City,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
