Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Maintains order, organization, and cleanliness in all assigned areas, working in line with correct workplace hygiene practices
  • Assists the Production Manager in the planning of the production program
  • Assists the Production Manager in staff management, collecting information about potential shortages, temporary workers, task reassignments
  • Ensures on time and accurate reporting of outputs, line efficiency and product quality
  • Manages support documentation for precise and timely traceability of all production batches
  • Ensures that all production and quality documents are filled in correctly and revised properly
  • Maintains production databases
  • Reconciles production sheets with production orders in ERP system
