- A minimum of a matric or related technical equivalent is required- Tertiary education: National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent will be an advantage- Mechanical engineering trade will be an advantage- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hydraulic system design, specification and fault finding- Required: A combination of sales strengths and technical competencies relating to Hydraulics- A qualification in hydraulic system design will be an advantage- Expertise with hands-on experience in a workshop environment will be an advantage- Able to read technical drawings- Knowledge of the automotive component industry is an advantage- Experience of the truck and trailer industry will be an advantage- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with competency in Excel at intermediary level- Ability to communicate well in English and Afrikaans- Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders- Experience in dealing with difficult customers and suppliers- Experience in the fostering of customer and supplier relationships- Experience in providing customer service on a technical level- Good interpersonal skills, working with people of different cultures- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Capacity to function well as part of a team- Pro-activeness- Goal-orientation- Problem solving and conflict handling skills- Negotiation skills- Must have a driver’s license and own transport.**What Qualification**
- Matric + pref a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
