Human Resources/ Payroll Officer

- Maintaining, validating and updating OM data for the company on SAP
- Producing weekly, monthly and annual reports for various stakeholders across the entire business in required/specified formats
- Ensuring ongoing accuracy and reliability of data, information and reports
- Preparing presentations and slides containing business intelligence information derived from reports for distribution and analysis
- Consolidating data and information from various sources accurately
- Performing analytics and consolidating big data to identify trends and make predictions
- Interpreting graphs, tables and trends and making recommendations to senior management to guide in strategic decision making
- Producing adhoc reports as and when required
- Performing internal and external audits as well as compliance investigations
- Participating as a team member on other projects as and when required
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful incumbent will be in possession of:
- A tertiary business qualification (NQF level 7 or higher) with 5 to 7 years' work experience
- At least 5 years SAP knowledge and experience
- Experience in maintaining OM information on SAP
- Jobs, Positions, Salary Ranges, Midpoints, Grades
- Experience using Balanced Scorecards and Dashboards for reporting purposes
- Excellent analytical skills (trends, outliers, patterns, prediction). Advanced excel is a must.
- Experience performing audits and preparing documentation for compliance purposes
- Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, SAP and advanced Excel)
- Remuneration and Payroll experience an advantage
