Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma of Degree in Human Resources
- Familiar with Human Resources policies and procedures and people management practices
- Familiar with Employee Benefits and Remuneration policies
- Familiar with Employee Relations policies and Procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent feedback and followup skills
- Attention to detail meticulous with a focus on accuracy
- Exceptional client service skills
- Well organised with good planning and administrative skills
