Are you immediately available for a 6 month plus contract? You will be managing the Front Line Reception area with walk in clients and answering a not so busy switchboard and assist with general administration and client service duties.


Requirements and Duties:

  • Matric
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Strong administration and people skills
  • Ability to answer the telephone in a professional manner
  • Assisting clients with enquiries
  • Assisting Customer Service department with basic administration

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
R13, R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montague Gardens,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
