This role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our company, manage administrative tasks, handle dispatches, follow up on parcels, engage in telesales activities, and assist with invoicing and VAT-related tasks.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.**
**- **Dispatching Goods**: Coordinate the dispatch of products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.**
**- **Parcel Follow-ups**: Track shipments and follow up on any delays or issues, providing proactive updates to stakeholders.**
**- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling, managing office supplies, and helping with invoicing and VAT-related tasks.**
**- **Telesales**: Conduct telesales activities, promoting our products or services to potential customers and converting leads into sales opportunities.**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles, with excellent communication and customer service skills.**
**- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.**
**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.**
**- Sales experience or a willingness to learn telesales techniques and contribute to our sales efforts.**
**- Basic understanding of invoicing procedures and VAT regulations.**
**- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**
**- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.**
