  • The position is for Account Manager in the RSAWEB Business Direct Sales team based in the Cape Town office. You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise.

Key Objectives

  • Manage a portfolio of clients using excellent relationship building techniques.
  • Developing account management strategies and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
  • Using previous business development and solution selling experience to grow RSAWEB Business's customer base.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attending industry networking events.
  • Identify opportunities to move legacy customer computing environments into their own unique Virtual Data Centers at RSAWEB Business.
  • The ability to create meaningful proposals customised to each customer's requirement.
  • The ability to aggressively manage the sales cycle to ensure customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
  • Effective coordination and escalation of matters to relevant business managers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecast and weekly activity reports.
  • And any other reasonable task.

Requirements:

  • Experience with selling Business Connectivity, Cloud, Mobile Data and/or IOT.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7year track record in a Solution Sales / Account Management environment.
  • Uncover and create new business opportunities through independent prospecting.
  • Provide support and regular updates to clients experiencing outages.
  • Degree level preferential.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delighting customers.
  • Ownership able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
  • Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and customers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of RSAWEB.
