Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • 3 Years Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and difficult customers.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software or tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

From R15,000.00 per month
