We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Telephonically Switchboard Representative. If you have previous experience working with Amazon and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you


As a Customer Service Telephonically Switchboard Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer calls, providing exceptional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing our company and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest level of customer service.
  • Utilize your Amazon experience to assist customers with various aspects related to their orders, shipments, product information, and account management.
  • Efficiently navigate through switchboard systems to route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring seamless communication and accurate information dissemination.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in the designated database or CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance or resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, offering product recommendations, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to coordinate customer requests, resolve issues, and facilitate efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telephonically switchboard capacity.
  • Proven experience working with Amazon and a solid understanding of their systems, processes, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems or databases to document customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
