TEAM LEADER REQUIRED (FIELD)

Basic R10000 plus Commission

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all sale representatives, within assigned region, reach required targets.
  • Continuous performance Monitoring.
  • Training new Representatives in the trade.
  • Assisting and advising representatives on areas where they are lacking/ underperforming.
  • Induction process of newly appointed representatives
  • Performance management of sales representatives where necessary
  • Sending feedback to management and reporting on status of representatives in assigned region on a continuous basis
  • Issuing and managing company assets.
  • Drive Sales and Volume

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • A minimum of 1 year Sales experience
  • A minimum of 6 months in a managerial position

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast Learner.
  • Self-Motivator.
  • Ability to close sales by obtaining the commitment from the customer.
  • Expand existing business by sourcing new outlets.
  • Increasing brand portfolio visibility at outlets.
  • Effective listener.
  • Effective decision maker.
  • Microsoft Proficiency.
  • Handling of administrative duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback effectively.
  • Ability to effectively manage employees.
  • Ability to identify problems within the assigned region and act timeously to resolve them.

Other Requirements:

  • Stay within advertised area.
  • Driver's licence
  • Matric Certificate and or any other qualifications
  • English proficiency

Salary:
R9, R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
