- Must be in a Team Leader role for a minimum of 18 months.
- Experience in Outbound Sales for minimum of 1 year as a Team Leader with a proven Track record.
- Matric essential.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
- Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language Strong reading comprehension of English.
- Ability to work shifts (US)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 500,00 - R12 500,00 per month
