***: We have an exciting opportunity for our Client based in Cape Town (CBD area), who requires the services of a Temp Admin Officer within their Contract Management department.
The position will contribute towards achieving finalisation of specific tender projects relating to Mayoral Priority Programmes e.g. tenders for Affordable Housing, Staircases for Public Housing.
Minimun Requirements:
- In respect of Computer literacy, the following are required:
- SAP proficiency relating contract / tenders e.g. TTS (Tender Tracking System)
- CRMS (Contract Register and Monitoring System)
- Grade 12, post matric qualification would be advantageous.
- Up to 5 years experience.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Contract life cycle monitoring, Support and
- Contract management, Support and administration
- General Administration
- Staff Supervision
- Communication
Other skills/requirements:
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tactful
- Interpersonal Relations
- Analytical thinking 6. Data interpretation
