Experience in process mapping and general operational analytics.
Six Sigma experience would be an advantage.
Experience in budgeting, report preparation and design, capacity planning and impact analysis.
Experience in Project Management.

Additional Information In depth knowledge and understanding of the Banks products, service standards, systems, operational processes, pressures, practices, policies and procedures as well as all documentation and securities.

Knowledge of Outsourced ProductionKnowledge of Code of Banking PracticeKnowledge of People Management PracticesUnderstanding of the relationships between the various entities involved, and their impact on Integrated Processing centres.

Plans and manages financial resources in line with sound financial principles.
