THE PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:

  • To Manage, Coordinate, and engage in the planning, management, and monitoring of all aspects related to the management of the portfolio Facilities and inspection of work to ensure that quality standards are maintained or improved.
  • The role is to ensure a safe, efficient, and costeffective fault recording and maintenance regime, providing a professional interface for the reporting of all buildingrelated faults and ensuring that the correct contractors, Network, or Maintenance team are mobilised within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
  • Wellversed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
