As a Sales Estate Agent, you'll play a vital role in building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify appropriate properties for clients and match clients with suitable properties.
  • Focus on engaging potential buyers and sellers, building lasting relationships, and generating quality leads.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to turn initial inquiries into successful business transactions.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining organization and focus amidst competing priorities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a sales role is essential, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in the property market is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a great telephone manner.
  • Wellpresented and articulate, with a professional demeanor.
  • Driven, ambitious, and selfmotivated, with a desire to succeed.
  • Winner's mentality, committed to achieving and surpassing targets.

Hardware Requirements:

  • Own computer or laptop with reliable internet access (ADSL/FIBRE).
  • Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
  • Antivirus software installed.
  • UPS/Backup Battery for load shedding situations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 13:00 pm UK Time.

R10 000,00 per month
