What are we looking for:
- Minimum of threeyear degree / diploma in Training and Development or equivalent
- Skills Development Facilitator qualification
- Computer literate
- A qualified facilitator and at least oneyear experience
- Assessor and Moderator qualification and experience advantageous
- A minimum of ten years' work experience
- Proven track record in Skills Development Levy /Funding success
- Proven track record in Discretionary Grant project administration and project management
What you will do:
- Planning OHS personnel training and refresher training
- Schedule OHS campus site verification and certification
- Coordinate SETA accreditation processes
- Coordination of all SETA, SAQA, QCTO compliance reporting
- Collaborate with NQC manager on the QMS review and policy revision
- Coordinate all administrative processes in applying, delivering, and reporting on Grants from SETA's
- Coordinate the Group Training strategy alignment to relevant Skills Development regulations
- Coordinate the appropriate registration and Skills Development compliance and/or certification by relevant bodies
- Implement all Workplace Skills Plan and objectives achieved within budget
- Ensure timely communication for Group access to funding opportunities inclusive but not limited to SETA funding
- Monitor funding opportunities and drive information flow to business
- Network and liaise with different regulatory bodies and stakeholders inclusive of but not limited to SETAs
- Coordinate Group bursary administration
- Coordinate internal training projects
- Collaborate on external/client training projects with relevant management teams/responsible persons within the Company
- Guide compliance, educate and inform Management teams, the Employment Equity and Training Steering Committee (EETSCOM) appropriately to ensure governmental compliance
- Ensure appropriate level of reporting to management and relevant committees and stakeholders
- Collaborate in the review of internal ETQA QMS/ policies/procedures
- Supervise the operational execution of the training strategies
- Coordinate key training projects
