Billing Support Specialist - APAC

Purpose of the role


Reporting to the Billing Support Manager, this people-support role is responsible for helping our growing client base focus on what matters most by taking the reins on billing and subscription inquiries.

The Billing Support team's priority is to be a trusted partner for our client groups, including both customers and our internal teams.

Role

  • Collaborate with peers and other departments for specific issues impacting customers
  • Expertly navigate our CRM (Salesforce) and various backoffices and billing systems to solve problems
  • Diligently document and track customer issues and resolutions within CRM
  • Charge fees where necessary
  • Raise and assess technical issues when impacting our team and customers
  • Assess and reconcile invoices as needed
  • Validate and update customer account information
  • Assist in the coordination of hardware returns
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

How you will know you are kicking ass:

  • Keeping a One Touch Resolution for the team of 90%
  • Answering 500+ Queries a month
  • Keep our Resolution time below 14 hours

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role
  • Experience Handling complex queries preferably in a billing environment
  • Experience with Salesforce/Zendesk
